With all of these benefits to green tea, there is no wonder why it is becoming such a popular drink for many individuals. As far as a large number of people are concerned, there is no better diet and health aid available, that is natural. By using a natural metabolism booster and health regimen you are not subjecting yourself to possible long term side effects that you could otherwise be doing with some of the over the counter products currently available. The only real downside to making green tea part of your daily routine is the caffeine.
